Tesni, LLC is a commercial financing broker and marketplace. We package a borrower's file, present it to lenders whose programs fit, and help the borrower compare offers. The lender makes the credit decision.
What we are
Tesni, LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Willis, Texas. We work with businesses and real-estate investors across the United States. We are not a bank or credit union, and we do not fund loans ourselves.
What we are not
We do not approve, deny, fund or service loans. We do not publish interest rates, because pricing varies by lender, program, property, credit and market conditions. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

How we are compensated
Tesni, LLC may receive compensation from a lender when a loan closes. Compensation arrangements do not change the lender's credit decision. We do not charge an upfront fee to submit an inquiry through this website. Lender fees, if any, are disclosed by the lender in the loan estimate and closing documents.
